How It Works

The Zero Leak product line is a multiple seal system designed to prevent leakage of any mechanical liquid such as hydraulic, brake or transmission fluids. This technology also protects against leaks in many gaseous environments making it the perfect solution for the Compressed Natural Gas [CNG] industry and other fuel delivery applications. Some of the key design features are:

• Metal-to-metal seal as well as the redundant elastomeric seal
• Locking tapers which invoke elastic memory within the seal interface
• O-ring sized to optimize greater seal integrity

These key design features are why Zero Leak Port Entry Plugs and Fittings offer significant advantages over traditional NPT threads and other straight thread O-ring seal systems. They will not leak or back out due to vibration, temperature change or pressure spike variations that occur within the operating environment.

Zero Leak Port Entry Plugs require no chemical sealants thereby eliminating the risk of fluid system contamination. The Zero Leak Magnetic Plug is also unique in that its magnet is crimped into place thus solving the hazards of magnets detaching from inferior gluing methods.
